LeakWise provides estimated margin and leakage analysis for your store. By using the app, you agree to use it only for your own store data and to keep your account access secure.

Use of the service

LeakWise is a reporting and diagnostics tool. It is not accounting software and it does not guarantee profit outcomes, savings, or business results. You are responsible for reviewing the data before making operational decisions.

Service limitations

• All financial results are estimates, not accounting records
• Reports depend on synced Shopify data and configured assumptions
• Missing cost or shipping data can reduce accuracy
• Historical trends can change when new data is synced or corrected

Merchant responsibilities

• Keep your Shopify access credentials secure
• Provide accurate shipping and product cost assumptions
• Use the app only for stores you control or manage
• Review exported reports before using them externally

Billing

• Paid plans are billed through Shopify
• Plan changes and cancellations follow Shopify billing rules
• Feature access may change with your active plan

Availability

We aim to keep LeakWise available and accurate, but the service may be interrupted by maintenance, third-party outages, or Shopify platform changes.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the app to analyze stores you do not control
• Do not attempt to bypass billing, sync, or permission checks
• Do not use the app to interfere with another merchant's data

Changes to the service

We may update features, pricing, and interfaces over time to improve the product and maintain compatibility with Shopify. Material changes will be reflected in the app.
